TESOL practicum was not only an academic endeavor but also a formative experience in team dynamics, mutual support and personal growth. Our group is grateful for the opportunity to work collaboratively, assist one another and learn from each other's strengths, all of which are experiences that will continue to shape our path as future TESOL professionals.

Group Reflection
The comprehensive and interdisciplinary training we received throughout our M.A. program at EF laid a strong foundation for our practicum experience at FTU. It enabled us to adapt to a new teaching environment, engage meaningfully in research and apply evidence-based practices in the classroom, marking a significant step forward in our professional development as future TESOL educators.
